This light can be mounted and turned on and off in 2 different ways.
Method 1: Attach metal disk to ceiling, use the small screw to help secure, screw the light fixture onto the disk, use wand to turn on and off. You can also glue the metal disk to the ceiling using Quick Grip or Super Glue.
Method 2: Glue a magnet (not included) to the ceiling using Super Glue or Quick Grip. Put light fixture on magnet to turn on. Remove light fixture from magnet to turn off, set back in place while light is off, it will remain off until removed and set back on the magnet to turn it back on.
